The volume of air adjusted to the furnace chamber output allows for an extremely low blow out temperature difference of approx. 40 K for a directly-heated Air Heater.

A characteristic of AL-KO Air Heaters is the heat exchanger with a corrugated furnace which has been used successfully for many years. The large surface area ensures the best possible transfer of heat from the furnace to the air to be heated.


For more demanding operating requirements, AL-KO offers heat exchangers for specific applications:
customised manufacture for church heating systems.
separated or partially separated heater for installation in small spaces
partial or entire manaufacture from corrosion-proof materials
condensate drain feature
thick walled exchanger tube
separated alignment of furnace and nest of tubes

The front part of the removable housing panel is separated into two parts in order to make it possible to access the heat exchanger tubes without having to completely remove or take the burner apart.
Our carefully conceived construction helps to save time and money.

HINT:Warm air build-up near the ceiling poses no problem for AL-KO warm air systems.
The Thermovent celing ventilator further helps to lower the already very economical power consumption of the Air Heater.
