AL-KO Heat exchangers for warming fluids with process air are constructed based on the specific requirements of terotechnology. Thier precise design and concious choice of materials guarantee low energy consumption, even at high blow-out temperatures. We remain flexible offering short delivery times, even for custom-made units.

AL-KO heat exchangers are supplied with a condensate escape feature for operation with modulating gas burners.
All heat exchangers can be supplied for operation with light crude oil, kerosene or liquid gas.

Tubular heat exchanger
AL-KO VDES and VDEL series flue gas heat exchangers are ideal for installation in an existing housing. AL-KO tubular heat exchangers work with the 4-vent-system, which means that exhaust temperatures can be kept extremely low.


Type S
Generates blow-out temperatures of up to 300 °C at a maximum delta T of 50 K.

TYPE HT
This heat exchanger consists of heat-proof steel for blow-out temperatures of up to 500°C.

Type KB
This heat exchanger made of heat and corrosion-proof material is especially designed for use in areas with condensation or aggressive substances are used.

Heat exchangers with a housing are manuafactured with isolation thicknesses of 30 to 400 mm and a seal-welded inner housing.

Different isolating thickness are used depending on the blow out temperature. Based on the respective type of application heat exchangers are used in the models s, HT or KB.

Heat exchangers for warming fluids
The VDE/W special heat exchangers for quickly heating up fluids are ideal for installation in a horizontal position in liquid storage tanks. They are designed for use with oil or gas burners.

Heat is transferred effectively thanks to the dual vent system component's surface area which is ribbed on the inside.

There are eleven models available as standard with heat outputs of 50 to 520 kW.

Heat exchangers for indirect heating with clean gas/hot air

Exhaust air with high temperature levels eminates from many sub processes. This energy-rich exhaust air can often be redirected back into the overall process.
AL-KO clean gas heat exchangers are individually designed and constructed depending on the project-based installation situation.

Heat exchangers with front panel
Al-KO heat exchangers with adapted front panels for installation in an existing housing and channels always guarantee easy assembly and great service.

Isolating thicknesses :
100, 150 , 200, 300 mm and other thicknesses upon request

Output range:
58 - 1.160 kW divided into 12 outputs levels

Naturally, a whole host of basic material combinations from the VDES/L series are available also for heat exchangers with front panels.
