Thanks to the time-tested AL-KO OPTI JET® method the Al-KO mobil JET 300 ensures clean air at the workplace and respects permanently the residual dust limit value of 0.2 mg/m³.

The AL-KO mobil JET 300 keeps operating costs low due to its optimized controller, long filter service life and low compressed air consumption. The various sub-structures (collection container, briquette press, bucket wheel feeder) mean AL-KO mobil JET 300 can be used for a wide range of applications.

Low operating costs
-due to long filter service life
With an area weight of 400 g/m² and its special surface treatment, the filter material is extremely durable with a stable filter resistance and can also be washed up to three times.

-due to optimal system control
The automatic activation system of the unit saves time-consuming switching on an off manually and ensures that the dust extraction unit is only operational whwn the machines it serves are working.
An optional eight or sixteen automatic slide valves can be actuated.
The automatic filter cleaning takes place during operation so that there are no unproductive breaks in opertion.

-due to low compressed air consumption
For jet cleaning the filter is inflated for 0,8 seconds, whereby only one-seventh of the air consumption is suplied by the compressor while six-sevenths are ambient air that is drawn in by the jet of compressed air. This means that a small compressor is adequate to provide perfect cleaning results.

-due to lower heating costs
The direct installation of the dust extraction unit in the workshop area ant the 100% air return means that the workshop heat is retained.

Low space requirement
The fan, the intake port and the outfeed are on the same side. The compact dimensions mean that the unit can be installed in otherwise unused corners and niches.

Easy servicing
The continous filter cleaning process means that the filters always have optimal service. In addition the filter material can be washed up to three times. The filter installation is extremely easy due to the use of a snap ring fastening.

Low investment costs
-due to installation in the workplace
As a result of the fact that the units are licensed for installation in the actual workplace, there is no need for fire safety valves, explosion pressure relief systems, return air ducts and fire extinguishing lines.

-due to integral automatic fire extinguishing system
The large dust extraction units have an automatic fire extinguishing system to prevent fires. The AL-KO dust extraction units do not need an external water connection thanks to the integral fire extinguishing tank.

-due to the AL-KO intake box
The optional AL-KO intake box is the central collection point for up to eight machines. The simple installation of the completely assembled unit saves valuable working time and also means that no expensive shaped parts are required, as is the case in a conventional pipeline.

Flexibility
-in the installation site
Placing the intake port on the motor side and the variable container removal direction means that the unit can be installed in any workshop corner that has previously been unused.

-in disposal
In addition to the easy to use large chippings collection containers the chippings and dust extracted by mobil JET 250 can be disposed of using a briquette press or bucket wheel feeder. The unit can easily be modified for a different sub-structure.

-in the controller
Three different controller versions ensure the optimal use of the mobil JET 250. Automatic blower start, automatic compressed air cleaning and the optional actuation of 8 or 16 automatic slide valves are possible.
