The AL-KO mobil JET 250 keeps operating costs low due to its optimized controller, long filter service life and low compressed air consumption.

Due to the AL-KO OPTI JET® method the AL-KO mobil JET 250 keeps the workplace air clean and ensures a permanent residual dust content below 0,1 mg/m³. The automatic filter cleaning takes place during operation without interrupting the process.

Easy servicing
The continuous filter cleaning means that the filters always have optimal service. The filter installation is extremely easy due to the use of snap ring fastenings.
The automatic activation system saves time-consuming switching on and off manually and ensures that the dust extractor is only operational when the machine it serves are working. As an optional eight or sixteen automatic slide valves can be actuated.

Low noise level
The large outfeed area of the mobil JET 250 with integral damping elements provides for a draught-free and low noise return of the extracted air.

Installation in the workplace
The units are licensed for installation in the actual workplace, there is no need for fire safety valves, explosure pressure relief systems, return air ducts and fire extinguishing lines.
The AL-KO dust extraction units do not need an external water connection thanks to the integral fire extinguishing tank.

AL-KO intake box
The optional AL-KO intake box is the central collection point for up to eight machines. The simple installation of the completely assembled unit saves valuable working time and also means that no expensive shaped parts are required, as is the case in a conventional pipeline.

Flexibility
-in the piping-system
The completely assembled intake box makes it possible to use a flexible piping system. By fitting spare ports it is possible to connect an additional machine at any time to use the extraction capacity of the mobil JET 250.
-in use
The mobil JET 250 can be used both as a decentral individual extraction unit on a machine with high air volume requirement or as a central extraction system on several machines, with two to four machines being used at the same time.
-in disposal
In addition to the easy to use large chippings collection containers the chippings and dust extracted by mobil JET 250 can be disposed of using a briquette press or bucket wheel feeder. The unit can easily be modified for a different sub-structure.
-in the controller
Three different controller versions ensure the optimal use of the mobil JET 250. Automatic blower start, automatic compressed air cleaning and the optional actuation of 8 or 16 automatic slide valves are possible.
