The AL-KO mobil Jet 160 is a tested dust extraction unit boasting the GS (tested safety) test mark H2. It can be used in workshops to simultaneously extract the dust of 1-2 woodworking machines (depending on the required volume flow), or as a decentralized extraction unit to round off an already existing stationary system.

Thanks to the AL-KO OPTI JET® method and the innovative AL-KO filtration technique, a residual dust content of less than 0.02mg/m³ in the returned air is guaranteed.

Cost effective
Filter material which can be washed up to three times and low power consumption make the mobil JET 160 especially cost effective. Since the dust extraction unit can be installed directly in the workroom area and there is 100% air return, the workshop retains its heat. The blower, boasting a closed impeller with backwardly curving blades is situated on the pure-air side and is thus protected from wear.

Conforms with regulations
The unit was designed in line with the latest regulations as a self-supporting, sheet-metal structure. It can be installed directly in the workroom area without requiring any additional fire or explosion protection measures.

Ultrasimple disposal of chippings
Chippings and dust are separated from the airflow by means of filter hoses and filtered out into a 280l-collection container. The container is fixed within the unit by means of a quick-release lever and can be easily rolled to where dust and chippings are disposed of.
