The
AL-KO mobil JET 140 is a tested dust extraction unit boasting
the GS (tested safety) test mark H". It can be used in workshops
as an individual extraction system, or as a decentralized
dust extraction unit to round off a stationary dust extraction
system.
The
device, built in line with the latest regulations, is of self-supporting
sheet-metal design and can be installed directly at the workplace
without any additional fire or explosion protection measures.

| The
blower, comprising a closed impeller with backwardly curving
blades, is situated on the pure-air side. As in the stationary
dust extraction systems, the mobil JET 140 operates with the
time-tested AL-KO OPTI
JET® method. The combination of AL-KO jet cleaning and surface
treated, category C filter material (electrically conductive
with BIA certificate) ensures a residual dust content in the
air of less than 0.2 mg/m³. |

Cost effective
Filter
material which can be washed up to three times and low power
consumption make the mobil JET 140 extremely cost effective.
The installation of the dust extraction unit directly in the
workshop area and the 100% air return mean that the workshop
heat is retained.

Flexible
Chippings
and dust are separated from the airflow by means of filter hoses
and are filtered out into a 180l-collection container. The container
is fixed within the unit by means of a quick-release lever and
can be easily rolled to where the dust and chippings are disposed
of. The window in the collection container means you can see
when it needs emptying.

Optimized
casing
The sophisticated aerodynamic casing, an optimized airflow and
the high-performance blower, located at the pure-air side and
featuring backwardly curved impeller blades mean that power
consumption is low even when the dust extraction unit is operating
at full power. A cyclone dust separator at the air intake ensures
optimum preliminary dust extraction. |

The
mobil JET 140 model
Filter cleaning is semi-automatic. The cleaning process
is started by simply pressing a button. During the cleaning
process, the filters are cleaned fully automatically one after
the other by means of a jet of compressed air from the inside
to the outside. The jet cleaning process achieves excellent
results.
The mobil JET 140 H model
Filter cleaning is effected by manual shaking. The filters
are cleaned by tapping them with rods when the dust extraction
unit is switched off.
The
mobil JET 140 M model
Filter cleaning is under fully automatic control. When
a certain pressure difference that has been set on the equipment
is exceeded, the filters are cleaned fully automatically one
after the other. This is done by means of a jet of compressed
air from the inside to the outside of the filter. The motor
can be made to start up automatically by means of converter
coils and an integrated machine coding for up to eight woodworking
machines.
