Due
to its 100% air return, category C filters and a high performance
bag filter this mobil dust extractor satisfies all criteria
for the H2 certificate. The mobil JET 120 M version
disposes of an automatic filter cleaning function and machine
actuation. A very large container with a capacity of approx.
135 l can be extended, thus allowing the easy and very fast
replacement of the chipping bags. The level can be checked
at any time using an inspection window.

performance bag filter |
| Its
special surface coating allows problem dusts to be extracted
(moist dust, paint grindings etc.). The large folds in the filter
are easy to clean, which means that it offers a very long service
life. This equates to low servicing and operation costs. The
filter is cleaned using a lever or fully automatically. |

Casing
The casing, which has been optimised to suit the flow of air,
together with the ideal air flow route and the high performance
blower at the pure air side with its backward-curved impeller,
mean that the unit requires little power even at full extraction
capacity, thus reducing power consumption. A cyclone is used
to achieve initial separation even in the intake areas.
