The
compact rotary discharge system is recommended for the pressureless
discharging of stationary installations as an alternative
to the delivery shaft.
|
| The
bulk material is taken via 3 (or 6) spring steel assemblies
with carriers and discharged via a cellular wheel sluice or
worm. The extremely advantageous disposal angle of this type
of discharge ensures a low construction height. |

 |
Depending
on the requirement, discharging is via a connectable cellular
wheel sluice of 960 or 440 mm through a closed circular loop
into a silo, for direct feed to a silo or via a worm transfer
system to a briquette press.
|
 |
Material
storage is also a possibility.

Strong,
welded and painted steel plate construction

Design
height 700 mm with standard height adjustment (independent)
at the feet of ± 50 mm

Depending
on the discharge requirements (tank, Big Bag, briquette press)
adaptable total height

Drive
via externally flanged strong geared motor (1 or 2 motors
depending on version) for starting the stirring arms, even
with full buffer volume

Split
version for ideal transportation on trucks. Easy assembly
thanks to simple yet well thought-out separation design.
