The
plant can be displayed directly on the screen by means of
the touch screen display and then controlled and interrogated
by means of finger pressure on the monitor.

A
radio modem can be used to insert program changes direct into
the control, making the time-intensive transmission of EPROM
a thing of the past. This also enables us to react quickly to
changes in the boundary conditions of the customer. Even a change
in the machine installation can be entered by radio directly
into the SPC control during the installation phase.

Visualisation
software enables the customer to monitor the system from his
office and, for instance, to identify at once any loss of
pressure for filter cleaning so that suitable action can be
taken. Consequences of delayed response need no longer be
feared.

The
plant manufacturer can also establish the plant parameters
as and when required and so carry out partial remote maintenance.
